Transportation
Cartagena is very well connected. Worthy of note is its road network which includes good links with motorways and highways, railways (and a proposed high-speed rail-link with the city), boat trips and an international airport with another one under construction in the region. Apart from that, Alicante airport is well situated, only 50 minutes from Cartagena.
